1/2" dahl mini-ball™ Hose & Boiler Valve

dahl mini-ball™ 1/2" Female Solder or MIP x 1/2" Male Hose Angled Valve

dahl hose valves are suitable for both plumbing and heating applications. Every valve is tested before leaving the factory.

Features and Attributes:

• Lead-free rough brass with nickel-plated handle
• Angled pattern
• Inlet pipe type: iron
• Outlet pipe type: hose
• Working pressure: 250 psi, 250°F depending on pipe material
• One size fits 1/2", 5/8", 3/4"

Instructions for use:

• Turn off water supply. Install product. Turn on water supply, check for leaks. Abide by local plumbing codes. Do not expose to corrosive agents.
• NPT THREAD: Clean pipe threads and cover them with pipe dope or PTFE tape. Tighten firmly while gripping hex on end of valve. Do not over-tighten.
• FEMALE SOLDER: Do not dismantle valve – solder in open position. Clean pipe and valve socket with emery cloth, & apply flux to both. Pipe must be square and bottomed in socket. Do not re-position valve after soldering. Clean with water and dry. Let cool before operating.
• HOSE: Tighten firmly. Do not over-tighten.
